THOMAS
61 years old
Homeless for 40 years
Thomas was identified during the 3 night SPDAT registry held in the Sunland-Tujunga area this past March. One of the teams with members from LA Family Housing and the VA approached Thomas about answering some questions about his life and homelessness. This assessment led them to identify him as a veteran. Due to the integration of the VA already on our community teams, they were able to quickly verify that he was eligible for a VASH veteran housing voucher.
Thomas was housed in June 2014.
